Initiate Your Request
Log into your ridemoda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is clean and unused to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned sports gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
